Haunted SK Listener Collection - Stories from the old GMC Plant
Thursday Jul 10, 2025
Thursday Jul 10, 2025
In this season premiere of ParaGhoul Paranormal, we’re kicking off with a deep dive into one of Regina’s most iconic and eeriest landmarks: the old GMC Plant.
Once a booming automotive hub and later a wartime munitions factory, this building has lived many lives… and we could say, it still holds onto them.
From its roaring 1928 opening to its mysterious 2017 fire, we explore the plant’s rise, fall, and the ghost stories that have emerged from its long, shadowy history, including tales from the old CJTR radio station that once called it home.
Was it just the creaks of an old building… or something more?

Let's talk about the history of the location and some of the ghost stories shared about the Fort San Sanatorium in Saskatchewan.
