Local Saskatchewan Haunts: Have you toured with the trickster Howie yet?

In today's episode, we are returning to a local haunt in Regina, Saskatchewan. This haunted building is one of my favorite to visit, and you can go anytime of year! Fondly nicknamed "Howie", this ghost likes to help out around the Government House Museum, as well as play tricks on the staff during closed hours.
